PracticeAmerica was founded on a simple belief: the transition of a professional practice should be as thoughtful and personal as the care that built it.

I know this firsthand — not as a seller, but as a buyer.

Early in my career as an optometrist, I found a practice I wanted to purchase. By traditional financing standards, it was out of reach. But the retiring doctor was willing to hold 60% of the note over five years. That one decision changed everything. It made the deal possible.
